How do I place an order?
Simply browse our collection, select your size, and add items to your cart. At checkout, fill in your shipping details and complete payment securely.
Can I cancel or change my order after placing it?
Orders can be cancelled or modified before dispatch. Once shipped, they cannot be cancelled. Please see our [Cancellation Policy] for details.
How can I track my order?
Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a tracking link via email so you can follow your delivery in real time.
Which countries do you ship to?
We ship from Pakistan to the UAE, Saudi Arabia, Qatar, Kuwait, Bahrain, and Oman
How much does shipping cost?
UAE Orders: AED 19 for orders below AED 250. Free shipping for orders AED 250 and above.
Other GCC Orders: Flat AED 29–35 (shown at checkout), with free shipping for orders above AED 300–350.
How long will delivery take?
7-12 business days. Customs checks may add 1–2 days.
Will I need to pay customs duties or VAT?
Wherever possible, Aeronore ships Delivery Duty Paid (DDP). If any VAT or customs duty applies, it will be shown at checkout so there are no surprises at delivery.
Can I return an item?
We do not accept physical returns for international orders. However, if your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, we’ll issue a full refund or free replacement. See our [Return & Refund Policy].
What if the size doesn’t fit me?
For sizing issues, you can place a new order and use our exclusive exchange code EXCHANGE20 to get 20% off your replacement order. See our [Exchange Policy].
Which items cannot be exchanged or refunded?
For hygiene reasons, items such as underwear, socks, and products marked Final Sale are non-returnable.
What payment methods do you accept?
We currently accept secure online payments via debit/credit card. Additional options (such as Apple Pay or local wallets) may be introduced in the future.
Do you offer Cash on Delivery (COD)?
At this time, we only offer prepaid orders for UAE and GCC customers.
How do I know which size to order?
Each product page includes a detailed size chart in centimeters, along with model details for reference. If you’re unsure, you can contact us via WhatsApp for size assistance before placing your order.
Are your products authentic?
Yes. All Aeronore products are designed in-house and manufactured in Pakistan with a focus on premium fabrics and craftsmanship.
How do I care for my items?
Care instructions are included on the product pages of each. We recommend gentle washing and following the instructions to maintain product quality.
