You can also contact us on customercare@aeronore.com with the subject ‘Size Inquiry’. Please mention your key measurements, including your height, chest and waist. You can also include a picture of yourself standing straight, wearing a t shirt to help our team suggest the right size for you.
Duties and taxes may apply and are the responsibility of the recipient. Some countries may require you to provide additional customs information to our carriers in order to receive your order.
For USA, orders with declared value below $800 are exempt from duty and taxes.
For UAE, orders with declared value below AED 1,000 are exempt from duty and taxes. For orders with declared value of more than AED 1,000, 5% custom duty is charged.
For Saudi Arabia, 5% duty is charged on all imported shipments.
For Qatar, no duties are currently being charged on imported shipments.
For Oman, 5% duty is charged on all imported shipments.
For Kuwait, 5% duty is charged on all imported shipments.
For Bahrain, 5% duty is charged on all imported shipments.
All orders are processed and shipped within 48 hours. This may take longer during special releases, major holidays and sale periods.
All orders are normally delivered with 7 to 10 days.
All orders are shipped through DHL express and are trackable.
An email will be sent confirming your order has left our fulfillment centre, your tracking information will also be included in this email.
In an unavoidable scenario where you have received a garment that doesn’t fit you properly, please reach out to us. Please attach a couple of pictures of yourself wearing the garment, so that we can properly understand the issue at hand.
We will not ask you to send the item back, since the cost of sending back the product will be very high. To counter this, we have come up with an idea that benefits our customer the most. We will ask you to keep the first item, pay us only the nominal shipping fee of $15, and we will send you the new item free of cost. You can gift the first item to a loved one or donate it, it’s yours to decide! This will help us allow more people to wear Aeronore polos and also keep our customers happy.
We try our best to thoroughly check every garment before processing the orders, but if there is a manufacturing defect in your garment, please reach out to us.
Please attach a couple of clear pictures of the defect with your email. We will process your request within 48 hours and send a new defect free item to you, free of charge.
